Count Orders by Status - Easy SQL Grouping Interview Problem

Problem

Suppose DoorDash's ops team is glancing at a list of orders and sees that thousands are "pending" and very few have "shipped"; clearly something has gone wrong. To get a true count of the status of each order, they ask you to take a look... Using the orders table, return status and order_count (number of orders in that status), ordered by order_count descending.
